Feeling unclean after touching bigbasket.com's supply.

Yesterday I ordered a few items from +bigbasket.com vide order #  MBO-23451832020317
As ever, the deliver was prompt. One of the items that I ordered is Pineapple juice from Tropicana.

The moment I lifted the carton, I felt unclean because the carton was dirty and the damaged at the bottom. It seems it was buried deep in the warehouse and was obvious that there were no customers for that.

Had I bought it in a supermarket offline, I would not have to make a complaint.

One thing is clear that there is certainly no quality control at bigbasket.com's warehouse. My last purchase of Amaranthus leaves was so poor that even cattle and sheep would refuse.

Bigbasket.com had recently increased the delivery charges by 50% making me seriously contemplate about buying vegetables and fruits online.
